Retired. Trained counselor/mediator/writer

I seek a home share opportunity preferably with down stairs or single level accommodations, unfurnished private BR with private BA, private entry a plus, secure parking and access to full home amenities (laundry, kitchen etc.). I'm open to Buddy up teaming. I am a retired Deputy Sheriff/Police Officer (San Bernardino Co. Sheriff/LAPD) and actively pursuing second career options (professionally trained & educated) in mediation/counseling/writing. I also recently graduated from CBU (Counseling Ministry MA). Chosen areas of preference/need to reside in are the Riverside area, West IE (Corona up to Rancho Cucamonga), East LA county (Diamond bar up through Claremont) and the San Gabriel Valley. I am very private, yet very easy to get along with. I respect/observe housemate boundaries and expect the same back.
