Queer chemist finishing up a doctoral program and moving to the city to find a job in either the cosmetics or biopharmaceutical industries.

I work a lot and tend to be fairly quiet when I have roommates. I do have 2 cats, but I don’t plan on moving them out here right away. I either would like to find a shared living situation where my cats could be comfortable, or a temporary situation until I can find a suitable lease.

I like weird art, electronic music (I grew up on house and techno back in 90s), making cocktails (I bartend too), and coffee. I do follow current events and politics a little too closely, but that’s more for my own benefit rather than because I enjoy debating.

I do have a loud laugh and am prone to singing in the shower, but other than that I’m quite quiet. I have chatty cat who is just a little too smart for humanity’s good, and my other one is cuddly, sweet, snores when she sleeps, yet expresses how she feels, good, and bad, through bites.

Overall good natured and easy going, through I do prefer living situations with clear expectations of communal spaces and shared responsibilities.
