Chill Lady Seeking Peaceful Roomies /New In Town

Aloha I am Cassandra. I am new to Charlotte by a month. I can easily afford the rent whether I decide to try to work or not. I plan to work in the future I just want to rest for now in a private room in a house that isn't a party house or has loud music or a TV always going in the living room!

Because I am new in town I don't really have friends here and I'm not inviting strangers over so I don't think I would have visitors soon. Also I probably won't be dating at all so I won't be having overnight guests type thing. I'm great with all animals and kids and specifically also elderly people. I always considered myself a business professional and have a great resume I can show you.

I ran automotive repair shops half my life. I was also a motivational speaker and actor. I started a non-profit to help people fix up their cars and houses and I also ran an air conditioning company with my family along with being a top sales consultant for the Kirby company.

I'm just not working now and I don't have to as I get a guaranteed check.
I won't be listening to anything loud or being loud and I don't mind doing extra cleaning after others for a fee etc. I am a clean person but not nit- picky. I like to decorate and do art.

I also really enjoy cooking for other people and I'm a really really good cook. I try to focus on more healthy things like keeping corn syrup and artificial sweeteners out of my diet along with other things of that nature. I can help people eat a little healthier or live a sober lifestyle like I do.

I don't want to live in house with people on drugs or that have alcoholism.
Drinks are okay but I don't want to be around drunks every night or people blacking out etc.

I like to study and have intellectual conversations, go to the parketc. I don't have a car; I have an electric bike. I don't need parking but need a covered area for the bike or a way to bring it inside which is important. I can take batteries out to bring inside to charge them but the whole thing isn't weatherproof for outside weather.

I prefer a washer and dryer in the house because I don't have transportation for laundry. I could perhaps use the bike if I had to though.

I recently got disability approved for PTSD and receiving $943 plus food stamps. I have no bills other than my tiny cell phone bill so like I said with my peaceful moderate lifestyle I can easily afford the rent.
