Room wanted for friendly professional

Hi! I am a 34-year-old female who will be starting online classes this month for a certificate in family history. I already have a BA in English. After years of working at a small international nonprofit, I recently started a temp-to-hire job at a California Virtual Academy in Simi Valley. (This means I passed a LiveScan! 🙂)

I follow Jesus and try not to be judgmental. My credit score is over 800. I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs.

I am moving to reduce the commute and meet new people. I grew up in a town in San Diego County and have spent the last few years in Oxnard. My previous place was spacious, but I'd love to reduce the commute and/or live with someone available to chitchat with. I'm available to move in anytime.

I like figuring out better habits, playing the piano (usually on headphones), chuckling at social media, baking, catching up on the news, and reading books. I'm a Disney fan. I prefer podcasts or uplifting/fun facts/comedic videos instead of sports or so-called trash TV. I use clean language.

I am still trying to avoid Covid, and so I hope you would test and tell me if you have symptoms or have had close contacts with Covid. (I'm VERY sympathetic about allergies, though.)
