I am a male aged 24. I'm looking for a private room and bath, preferably in our near Downtown Austin for about $750 per month, utilities included. I need something close to public transit as I don't have a car. South and North Austin are viable options if the public transit is practical. I need someplace quiet, private, and clean, either in my room or the whole place. Short term rentals only, up to 6 month terms. I may stay longer, but I need the flexibility.
