Hi-

My name is Phil.

My landlord has informed me he wishes the place for himself. I was given notice recently. I am putting most of my belongings in storage so as to not take up lots of space. My preference is a ground floor living space.

I am non-smoker, good with animals, soft spoken and am easy going. I enjoy going out into nature and dabbling in photography.
