I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the availability of the room for rent that you have advertised. My name is Othman Belkadi, and I am a U. S. citizen with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently, I am overseas due to work and family commitments, but I will be returning to the U. S. by the end of this month, as I have accepted a new position with an international company at LaGuardia Airport.

I am particularly interested in knowing if the room is fully furnished, as that would be ideal for my needs upon arrival. If we can reach an agreement, my colleague and friend, who resides in Astoria, will be able to visit and finalize the details, including providing a reference and deposit on my behalf before my arrival.
