Room wanted in Las Vegas

I am a professional male aged 35. I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from 9/1/2024 and have a budget of $900/month. I would like to share with either a male or female, ideally between 28 and 60 years old. I'm most interested in the Henderson area.

I usually work from home or a library. I am sometimes on phone calls or video calls, or sometimes recording something. I enjoy my work and have varying work hours.

Other than that, I am usually writing, reading, doing something outside, with friends, exercising, or out for a weekend trip. I'm looking for a room to rent where the other people in the house are also focused or on the quieter side. Every now and then I'll have a late one. I'm not seeing anyone at the moment, no kids, no pets. I am social but also value by quiet time, and I'm good about respecting other people's need for alone time or just talking about the day/events/life.

I've lived in Las Vegas for nearly ten years. I will be taking a work assignment by May that will last through the summer, so I would want to move in somewhere that gives me that flexibility.
