Mature Professional Male

I am a mature professional, male gainfully employed by Publix. I have been a landlord and feel supremely qualified to say I am the perfect tenant. I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't have a pet or wall hangings. I have good credit and can provide a glowing reference from my current landlord of the past 2 years here in Jacksonville. All I do is go to work, go to the gym and read my books at the beach. When I watch TV I wear headphones, When I cook, I batch cook and meal pack for the entire week. You won't even know I'm there.
I am indifferent in regard to Male, Female, Gay or Straight. If you've got pets that's cool, I live quietly and to myself now, prefer no drama or party atmosphere. I'm several years sober now and while I don't faint at the sight of alcohol... I don't want to live in a fraternity either.
I am coming down the Miami Beach the week of August 5th to secure living accommodations to move in October first. If you are a landlord looking for peace of mind in regard to your rental property, I'm your guy.
I would actually prefer an Unfurnished room with private bathroom. Washer and Dryer on site and somewhere to park my car, off street is fine.
