Room Wanted near public transportation

Looking for a room close to public transportation, closest to Foster City, CA. I would like a private bathroom if price allows. I have a one eyed cat that is certified as an emotional support cat, whose very clean and scratches his pads for scratching. I smoke but don't mind going outside to smoke. I am very respectful, very clean, usually will stay in my room with my cat. Would like a washer and dryer on site if possible, and air conditioning in most areas of the bay area. I do not have a car presently, but j hope to get one soon, so parking would be nice. I'm a third generation American/Japanese, but don't speak Japanese, Just English.
