I am a professional male aged 47, relocating from Texas for work. I am looking for a small or large room preferably furnished to rent in the South Bay/Beach Cities area. I am available to move from 09/20/2024 and have a budget of $1,600/month. I am easy going, clean and tidy, not a partier, but not apposed to those who are, and ok to share with males or females of any age. I'm also quite handy. There will be weekends I'm away, and my job has me out of the house 5am-4 or 5pm Mon-Fri most weeks and some Saturdays. Like to workout and excited to getting into playing some sports again since the weather is so great.
