I’m a 23 yr old student looking to find someone to live with this upcoming school year. Preferably close to my age, left leaning, reasonably clean and respectful.

I have a couple of properties I’m looking at that I could not afford to live in on my own but could probably afford with just one roommate. However, if you already have a property (or one in mind) and/or another roommate already in the equation, I’d still like to hear you out.
