Looking For Private Bedroom Or Whole Apartment

hi! i am looking for a room around Northboro (or whole apartment).
ideally looking for something available between July 1st and September at the absolute latest.
a bit about me - i belong to multiple parts of the 2slgbtqia+ community (trans*, sapphic, demiace, to name a few), am pretty much a huge nerd (two of my special interests for forever have been music and anime/manga), i love most animals, i can be pretty quiet until i get comfy, and i’m a night owl but i am respectful of those not awake late.
for work, i work in the freight business with FedEx.
as for the type of room i’m looking for - ideally just my own space that’s large enough for a queen bed and dresser both. a private bathroom would be amazing but i’m fine with sharing as well.
must-have’s/dealbreakers - the household being 2slgbtqia+ (allies are lovely and i’m open to it however i’d love to live with fellow community folx), a place where there aren’t large parties every week (i’m not anti-socializing, i just don’t want to always have 20+ people around. once in awhile but not weekly), and in-house laundry would be *chef’s kiss* but is not a dealbreaker.
also, not technically a must-have but if y’all have cats specifically, i will be so happy 🥹😻
