Hello,
I`m A law enforcement officer, who is respectful, clean, tidy, quiet, and overall understands the concepts of living with a roommate. I work full time, so I need a quiet home to rest.
No parties and/or has overnight guests or morning, NO SMOKING at all. Some times I stuck in overtime so I cant go back home everyday, This is the reason I will be needing the space to get rest for sometimes and get back to work.
I am looking for somewhere close to LGA Airport.
I need it for at least 1-2 years who knows and starting on Aug, 1st. Parking spot is Important. I don`t mind cats and dogs if clean and smells good. I have a very sensitive nose.
I don't cook so I will use the kitchen for coffee and preparing sandwiches only to take to work. Toilet Bidet with Dual Nozzles Sprayer is Important I will pay for it myself. Please let me know.
