Landlord sold my building

Hi there, so as the title suggests- my previous landlord sold the building I have been living in since 2019 in East Boston, and the new owners are renovating. I am living in my current apartment through the end of August. Ideally I would love to find a place to move in early August to avoid the September 1st shenanigans or having to put my stuff in storage, but I am open to any start date. I am a working professional who works from home full time (mostly doing data entry), so I like to keep my space clean since I will be spending most of my time in it. I do also do dog/house sitting as a side gig and am often away when I am doing that (anywhere from a few days to a few weeks - I do not have a dog of my own). I also visit my family in Seacoast New Hampshire often. I am happy to socialize/watch TV etc. with roommates, but am perfectly content keeping to myself as well. I would rather have a dedicated bathroom to myself as I have gotten accustomed to that and don't want to schedule showers, etc. so that we can all do our own thing. I am not much of a cook lately so I mostly use the microwave or order takeout (lazy I know lol), however I do enjoy making my own coffee at home (former barista) and have a coffee grinder I use in the mornings to make coffee (between 8-9 am usually, not crazy early). I enjoy sleeping in on the weekends and watching my favorite TV shows when I am not working (bit of a sci-fi nerd). I do not drink but also do not have a problem being around folks who do. I have been living in Boston since 2012 and graduated from Wheelock College (BU) in 2016. I love Boston but now that I work fully remote I am not bound to the T and am open to exploring a new area to live in (ideally in the Boston area/North Shore). I am gay and a BLM supporter, so I would rather not live with someone who has an issue with either of those things. I also do not have a car so am not worried about parking.
