Hi, friendly, easygoing, but responsible professional woman in search of a private, safe, room preferably in an apartment/house share with another woman or other women, but certainly not closed to men if it’s a good fit.

Looking for a month long stay or again, if it’s a good fit, we can convert to long-term or even start there.

For some background, I’m from the Washington Metro region. I lived in New York, but left for a few months due to a family emergency. I abruptly returned to NY and now I need to stabilize and find someplace quickly as I’ve been exhausting myself hopping from place to place.

My budget is around $600-$1300 depending on location, amenities, room size, etc.
