Seeking a Room in Manhattan

My name is Holly, and I'm looking for a place in Manhattan, starting now or soon, for the long run or at least until the end of August.

Accommodation I am looking for: a private room (private restroom preferred). Aiming for the Morningside Heights neighborhood, but open to other areas in Manhattan, mostly on the West side, near the A or 1 train. Must have laundry in-building, and hoping for an elevator building or an apt on the first 2 floors of a walk-up. (Pest-free!!)

Who I'd like to live with: I would be happy to share the space with others who are clean, kind, and respectful. I like meeting people who are different than me and expanding my circle. At this time, I'm not interested in living with couples, dogs (cats okay), partiers, or anyone who would smoke in the apt or bring frequent overnight guests (sometimes is fine with a head's up). I'm a vegetarian, but don't care what others do, as long as we keep our food and kitchenware separate.

What a potential roommate should expect living with me: I am a 33yo artist type from Columbus, and I work as an independent contractor in a variety of entertainment events and festivals, often on the ticketing side. I'm a chill and private person, and prefer to keep to and entertain myself, but I'm friendly and approachable, and like leaving snacks or treats (or even tickets) for those I live with when I have extra. :)
