Looking for room by end of June!

I’m a woman in her 30s working full-time as a Project Manager in the trade show industry.

Looking for a private bed and full bath with dedicated parking (preferably non-tandem) and hopefully with an in-unit washer & dryer! Open to street parking if the area is safe and quiet. I’d prefer a larger room if possible because I work from home.

Strongly prefer female roommates only!

I’m a pretty quiet person who generally likes to keep to myself, but always down for an occasional roomie outing (especially if it involves a drink or two 😉). I always clean up after myself and open to communication.
