Roommate is moving to DC and I’m looking for someone to fill in starting July 1.
I’m an aerospace engineer, very busy, very outdoorsy. Always down to do something on weekends.
I’d prefer a change of scenery but will accept staying where I’m at.
Current place is in Summit at Warner Center, two-bedroom townhouse 1180 sq ft, $3600 total.
