Hi there! I’m Jihun or Jay for short. I’m 30 YO who just graduated with a PhD in Clinical Psychology, moving with my wife (Racheal, 26) who will work 50-60 hours in FiDi. We just moved to NYC for Racheal’s job and hope to find a nice private room with friendly roommates who also are working professionals. We do not smoke, have no pets or children, and do not live a nocturnal lifestyle whatsoever. We are ambiverts incarnate-while we enjoy keeping to ourselves, we also love company and socializing as needed! I love cooking especially and have always been someone who wants to share food, necessities, and supplies with everyone without reservation. We are hoping for an April 30th move in with a flexible 6-12 month lease. We’re very happy to share more about ourselves and look forward to meeting some great roommates soon!
