Looking for a place mid-July to mid-Oct
Hi everyone, I am a fashion photographer based between Barcelona and Cape Town, and I'm planning to spend 3 months in NY to work on my portfolio, starting mid-July. Looking for a quiet place, don't care too much in which area. Ideally with a private bathroom and a washer, a gym in the building would be heaven. I do smoke, but only outdoors. No drugs, no parties.
