I am a single gay male searching for a spare room. I am from Chicago and moved to Los Angeles. I can maintain a clean living space and I respect other people’s property. I am also a healthcare worker and will be working in Beverly Hills for a private practice clinic. I also have a dog and he is a Maltese and Shih Tzu mix that weighs 14 lbs. My dog is house broken and potty trained and loves other animals and his human companions.

I expect to move on and get my own place once I start earning and become more productive. I am looking for a temporary place to stay for about three to six months.. I don’t mind sharing the responsibility in your home such as cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, running errands, etc.. I will treat your home like I treat my home like a sanctuary.
