Looking for a room to sublease

My name is Jessie, I'm in my mid 20s, student in the health profession on a clinical rotation in Manhattan. I'm currently looking for a clean and tidy room to sublease from late June (or no later than July 1st) until late December. Ideally, I'd prefer a location in Manhattan, north Brooklyn, or west Queens, with convenient access to a subway line, as I'll be commuting frequently.

I'm a responsible, organized, and respectful person. Currently, I'm a student on clinical rotation, which keeps me pretty busy from Monday to Friday. When I come back home, I like to relax and unwind by watching a show. I love indoor plants! They bring such a soothing vibe to any space. Also, exploring new places for delicious food is one of my favorite things to do when I'm not studying. Although I don't bring party home, I do have a guest over once or twice a month. Keeping things clean and tidy is really important to me, so I hope my roommates share this value and help maintain our shared spaces. Speaking of roommates, I'm looking for someone who is organized, responsible, a non-smoker, and doesn't have any pets. I should mention that I'm mildly allergic to dogs and cats, but if your pet is hypoallergenic, that would work for me.
