Roommate(S) In Ie/Oc/La County?

Hi! My name is Tea, and I'm currently looking for a place to live! I'm hoping to get a place closer to OC/LA county for work, but definitely open to other areas. I work for a non-profit for education monday-friday, and I'm a model as well. As a whole, I'm a friendly, respectful, and communicative roommate who keeps her space tidy and would very much like to have roommates who are similar in that way, especially if we're sharing spaces like bathrooms and a kitchen~

I have a unique circumstance in regards to needing a space to rent so if you're interested in being roomies, please feel free to shoot me a message and I'm more than happy to chat about what the heck that means haha! It's a rather personal thing, so being able to trust future roomies is a big deal to me. Sorry for being cryptic in this description though lol
