Caribbean-American millennial loner

I was born and raised in the Caribbean, but migrated to the US for college (design school in ATL) roughly 20 years ago. Living and working in the States for nearly 10 consecutive years, I eventually returned home to recharge my sense of culture. Once the pandemic hit, I became more focused on an exit strategy (from the island) to permanently relocate in a place where there would be more economic opportunities.

As an American by choice, I never undervalued the blood, sweat and tears it takes to be free, living here. As an educated, island woman by heritage and social training I appreciate respect, integrity and honesty.

Deal breakers: loud habits/environment, pets (only exception would be small fish aquariums/bowls), small children/infants, poor hygiene, indoor smoking, kitchen filth, pests/rodents.

Must haves: window light, bathroom flexibility for reasonable duration of use, bedroom door that locks. Hot water in shower. Reliable wifi connection. Operable stove and refrigerator access.
