Creative with a hustle mindset looking for room/ro

Hi!

Looking for chill living situation, preferably month to month to see how we do before locking something in long term. I work in Lido Village in Newport as well as freelance photography that takes me to Joshua Tree/Palm Springs at least once a month or to LA regularly, would love something within walking distance of the Lido Village or at least a short drive.

I'm a clean and tidy person, I will be the first one to volunteer to do the dishes or to help in the kitchen. I love my alone time, but if we vibe we will be hanging out and adventuring together. If we don't, I'm respectful and will just keep to myself nonetheless. I'm a mom and it shows with how I like to take care of people. My kiddos live in Alaska with their dad.

Please be professional, respectful, responsible and not a party person. If you like food, going for walks and a creative we'll get along great... if not it's alright we'll figure out what we do have in common.
