I am a working professional who works remotely 4-5 days a week from home, so will be keeping to myself during “business hours.” I do have an office in SD, so I occasionally go in. I am a FT lead for an international environmental firm. I am career and financially focused, into wellness and fitness, love to cook (I often prep my meals for the week), and explore everything our beautiful state has to offer. I’m a fan of running the beach (often Dana Point - lets go!). I am easy going, pretty optimistic, part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and overall go getter.
At home I am pretty chill, foster a sanctuary/chill space (it is home after all!), keep my areas and common areas clean (and expect the same - lets divy common areas up). I pay all my bills on time and am looking to rent in a roommate situation for 1-3 years. I am looking for a large private room and bath, shared living room and kitchen area.
