Looking to find room/apt

About me: I like to make music on my time off. I love computers. I like video gaming too! I also enjoy skateboarding, dancing and going to music events, and staying active by running or going to the gym. I pass background checks, but I don't have established credit. I don't have any kids or pets.
Work: I work in Fontana and usually have to be at work Mon to Thu from 3p to 3a. If I do overtime the shift can be any other hours of the day. I want to become a software programmer one day.
Requirements: cleanliness, respect, privacy, kindness, community. The room has to be quiet enough for me to be able to sleep in later than most people. I prefer my own bathroom, and will expect it if I'm paying maximum/top of my budget. For smaller rooms, and less rent, I can share the bath. I would like parking that is secure, and safe. As for roommates, I require one to know boundaries and know we are only sharing a living space, even if we become friends I I would like to know my stuff is safe, and as such I will have my own lock and key to my door. (I can leave a spare with someone we mutually trust.) Thanks!
