Hi! I'm a young professional seeking a room for rent from February through June while I wait for construction to complete in a new apartment. I'm looking for a furnished room or apartment that I could work from home in and a kitchen to cook in. Location wise I'm hoping to be near the 1/2/3 train anywhere UWS or below but staying in Manhattan. Bonus if it comes with a new friend or friendly roommate who's also somewhat COVID-conscious :)
