Swiss Actor/Writer looking for Room

Hi!
I’m Steve, a Swiss Actor/Singer/Writer currently looking for a new place.
I’m open, friendly, neat and love meeting new people!
I like to do my part to keep the living space tidy, make sure to respect other people’s personal space and boundaries but do love to have long talks around the kitchen table if people vibe with that.
I also love and have worked with pets (I don’t currently have any myself), so I am more than ok with pets in the living space, and I do not mind smoking in living spaces either.
Besides my work as an actor and writer, I’m working two different side-hustles (tour guide and greeter for theaters, planning on continuing to be a tour guide going forward) to support myself and my acting career, but I just started both those jobs. I do have some savings and family support, so rent won’t be an issue.
I do sometimes have to record self-tapes for auditions, so there will be the occasional singing/talking from my room, but I’m very flexible and can easily work around people’s schedules.
