Looking for cat friendly room to rent

I can move in whenever but the sooner the better! I have one cat her name is Willow, her breed is a ragdoll (you should look it up they are very well mannered cats)! Willow has been with me since a kitten and has been trained to not scratch and give cuddles to any one. I'm looking for someone who doesn't mind cats or someone who also has a cat and would like their cat to have a friend! I owned a cleaning business for three years so that comes with me being a very clean person! I have a full time job as a nanny in the DC area and have a very good flow of income. I love going out and also staying in. I can be a night owl and go to bed early. I like to drink wine and fall asleep on the couch but if that is also what you like doing we can pick which nights we get or we can just do it together! lol
Though my two big things are my cat and needing the apartment to be kept clean together.
