Hi hello i am jonathan (he/him). I’m looking for a room in Brooklyn (Bushwick/Williamsburg/Greenpoint area but am flexible).

i’m originally from Maine and moved here about a month ago to explore the music scene

I bartend/restaurant related stuff, so usually i’m gone afternoons and get home late

I’m a musician and like to play guitar in my room, but i am sure to play at respectable hours/volume! I’m also looking for a designated practice place outside of the apt

I enjoy keeping the space clean and am responsible in that regard. I might fall behind on keeping my room clean, but am always on top of common room chores!

I value not just being roommates, but also friends over time! I’d love to go get drinks and hang out at bars (if you drink ofc). If i have my friends over i am always sure to triple check if that’s okay with everyone else

420 friendly but prefer that you (and me on occasion) smoke outside. honestly half out a window would suffice
