Looking for a room for the next few months

I'm a 34-year-old male and I'm currently working as a laboratory travel contract worker at Children's Hospital North Campus in Broomfield. I'm staying at Woodspring Suites in Thornton at the moment and want to look for a room to rent for around $1000-$1300 a month. I need somebody who's flexible with the lease, as my contract will end February 14th.

I'm an extremely laid back and easy going person and I definitely keep the common areas clean. I've had many roommates in the past and have never had any issues with any of them, besides very minor differences that rarely occurred and which we were able to resolve very easily. I definitely like meeting new people but I'd also say that I'm on the introverted end of the spectrum so I usually keep to myself around 80-90% of the time.

My main reason to move to Colorado for this assignment was to make frequent trips to Keystone and Breck (I've been snowboarding passionately for about 6 years now). I plan on shredding the trails during most of my off-days. Besides that, my hobbies are pretty simple and low key- I enjoy going to the gym three days a week to do full body workouts (and periodically do some swim sessions and just settling in my home watching some documentaries or reading a book on my kindle.

If anybody is near the Children's Hospital North Campus, I'd love to hear from you and meet with you and to see if we're a good match. I work four ten hour shifts a week from 8:00AM-6:30PM but my supervisor is very flexible so if you're only able to show the place during that time window, I may be able to make arrangements to leave work for a short period of time to look at the place.
