Professional looking for a room

Hey There!

My name is Charles and I’m currently looking for a residence that is peaceful and safe. I am a designer and do a lot of remote and retainer work for a variety of clients.

Currently in the process of eliminating debt and establishing myself in a new city. Just need something for a few months that won’t eat into my budget that much.

I am quiet, soft-spoken, and typically keep to myself, but am totally fine socializing and interacting with the rest of the household. I can work out of a Starbucks or a co-working space, so if it is necessary for me to be out for part of the day, that is totally fine.

You can expect me to take good care of the space and keep things pristine. I’m just focused on my work, so no need to worry about parties, constantly bringing over guests, etc.
