39 yr old Single Man looking to rent a ROOM ASAP!

I am a motivated, experienced, down to earth, and well rounded Single Individual. I do not have any kids or pets, although I love animals. I am getting closer to 40 by the day. I am looking to consolidate expenses by renting a room and bathroom from the right person. My religious denomination is Catholic, although I just consider myself a follower of Christ, and a Christian Man. I am originally from Michigan, but have lived all over the Country. I am looking for immediate occupancy within the Metroplex, and have a lot of flexibility since I trade the financial markets by day. I love sports, especially football; along with traveling, going out dancing, or enjoying a bite to eat at one of my favorite restaurants. I am focused on myself right now and am extremely lowkey with no baggage. I am looking for immediate occupancy, as my lease just commenced, and can move in ASAP. I AM FLEXIBLE TO A CERTAIN EXTENT, and can work out a month to month or sign a lease. I am consolidated my bills to deal with the current times, and just need a private room, a bathroom if possible, and an internet connection.
