Shy But Friendly Room-Seeker

Hello! I am 32, use they/them pronouns, am Disabled, and receive SSI. I am looking for a medium or large-sized room, for myself, with a shared kitchen & living space, on the first floor (I struggle with stairs.) I have digestive issues so a private bathroom, or a place with more than one bathroom, would be ideal, but I know that's unlikely.

I can afford $840/mo, all utilities included. I am looking for a permanent home. I currently do not own any pets, but I would like a service cat in the future.

A bit about myself: I'm pretty shy and take a while to warm up to people, but I do my best to be kind and friendly because I value those things very much. I like to sing, draw and craft, cook, play games, and watch stuff. I keep to myself a lot, but I do like to be social when I'm comfortable. I'm working on being a tidier person and getting better at chores.
