I'm looking for a room in Hoboken for a 4/1 (or 3/15) move-in. I'm very organized, respectful, and laid-back. I enjoy the occasional roommate hangout, but I am also okay with us keeping to our own spaces. I work from home 3 days a week and commute to NYC the other 2. I enjoy cooking, tending to my house plants, and exploring new places!
