Encinitas, employed, me + outdoor cat
I’d like a ground floor room with good daylight on a quiet street.
Positives: I’m employed, no smoking or drinking, beach regular, reliable, early riser, seeking San Clemente, Carlsbad, Vista, Oceanside, or Encinitas room or small house. My cat is very easy, he sleeps on my bed and goes outside when he needs to. He can stay in my room and go out the window, he does not need access to the whole house.
I’m currently in Vista in a room sublet on an estate property, which I have to give up when the family returns home.
I’m looking for a quiet environment, as I sleep early and get up early.
I might be a good match for a single senior who wants someone else around just in case you need an extra hand with something.
I don’t have guests overnight.
I can help with house and garden maintenance
I always take out the trash etc.
I like to watch Criterion Classic films, some BBC and AMC series, I have fairly esoteric taste in music, and I like to keep plenty of greenery around. I cook minimally. I’m looking to open a store-front shop/art gallery next year. I spend a lot of time in the ocean swimming and learning to surf.
You can find me at The Sandwich Spot 11-2 daily in Leucadia and the local pizza place in the evenings.
