I'm a full time accounting clerk with a side job on the weekends as a musician. I'm looking for a private room for me and my daughter(14). We're respectful and polite and are usually out and about, mostly will be home in the evenings and mornings. We need to find the room by 07/16 so I can give notice to my current landlord.
