Looking for a roommate in NYC!

Hi! I’m Chris, and I’m currently looking for someone to room/apartment hunt with! A bit about me:

- 23M, LGBT friendly
- Social/outgoing
- Recent college grad (and by recent I mean last january)
- Work as a marketing assistant at a law firm, in person 3 days a week and remote 2 days a week
- Very social person, I like having friends over at my place if I can, but also outgoing to bars/restaraunts if I don’t feel like hosting
- Into active lifestyle/doing things outdoors (hiking, biking, running, honestly just exploring the city)
- I play guitar, trying to learn piano

And about me as a roommate/apartment preferences:

- Generally clean (my bedroom can get messy though but not the common areas)
- I prefer when the kitchen is clean (like dishes not left out for more than a day)
- I sleep earlyish on the nights I have to go into work the next day (sunday-tuesday) but generally stay up a bit later on the nights I work remote the next day/dont have work (wednesday-saturday)
- Budget max of $1400
- Neighborhood wise, generally anything within 30-45 minutes of midtown, but open to anything, however, I’d prefer Upper East Side since a lot of my city friends live there already
