Renting a Room While Taking Online Coding Bootcamp

Hello! I'm a recent Navy vet looking to use my VA/VET TEC benefits to participate in Sabio's coding bootcamp in the LA area for around four months. I'm a quiet, relatively private roommate who tends to end up working crazy hours and would like to focus on completing my coursework and studying during this period as much as possible.

- I already have enough money saved up to make this project work but the housing stipend I would receive during this time would pay for all of my rent and expenses.
- Due to a quirk of VET TEC's benefits program I have to be physically located in LA to maximize my VA benefits, however this class will be entirely online due to COVID (every bootcamp is like this) so expect me to be home the vast majority of the day
- After this period is up, I would like to continue renting month to month during the job searching process if possible
- I need reliable and constantly available wi-fi access to make this class work
- I do not need a personal refrigerator or microwave but I need at least some space for personal food storage
- I do not have any particular preference what sort of neighborhood your residence is in so long as its within (at a maximum) 20 minutes walking distance of a supermarket/department store and preferably a gym and convenience store
- I do not have a vehicle and am not planning on getting one
- I need to be able to wash my clothes weekly, I would prefer having an in-residence washer/dryer available if possible
- I am a heavy sleeper so issues like some minor outside noise don't particularly bother me. I am used to living with all sorts of roommates in the past (living on a ship can do that) and I can absolutely adjust to whatever specific rules or individual traits you have for your location.
