I enjoy a quiet environment that will allow me to focus on my studies. I am very neat and clean and would prefer that you are as well. My budget is $1,500/month or less. I have the GI Bill that covers my rent, so you won't have to worry about me paying rent on time. I don't mind pets, but dogs are preferred.
