I’m brand new to the city, moving from LA. I’m looking to rent a room in an apartment. I would like to live with another female close to my age (I’m 30). I would like to live with someone who is clean and respectful of the space. I’m very friendly and sociable and would ideally live with someone I can chill with.
As a roommate, I’m very clean and pretty quiet. I like to have people over, but nothing too crazy. Probably just a girlfriend or two.
