Over my lifetime, I've been in 3 housing scenarios with roommates & 3 where I've lived with families.

I'm looking for a tranquil, private "place to land" at the end of a work day, a peaceful place to sleep, cook & relax during downtime and a balance between privacy & low-key, friendly interaction with housemates.

MY HOUSEMATE HABITS:

- Clean, flexible & respectful of shared space, quiet during "early & late hours" and with shared space

- Use of wireless earbuds or low volume with music, movies & videos

- LAUNDRY ROOM USE: weekends, flexible on hours

- KITCHEN USE (COOKING/M-F) between 6-7:30a
(DINNER/M-F) flexible 5p-7:30p

Occasionally, I'll use the stove top & oven (very flexible with everyone). I have an electric skillet, Instapot, crockpot, electric tea kettle, French Press/coffee, etc.
