Hello,
I’m a single 47 year old man that works for a mental health support line, and I am also a long time musician as well. I’ve had some ups and downs in my life like most people, but at this point I’m looking for a fresh start.
I am looking for a nice place in LoDo or Glendale area, and my budget is $900-1000 per month. I am a non-smoker / non- drinker and would prefer someone who also is a non-smoker / non-drinker too. I would like my own room and bathroom, but if none are available I would be willing to share a bathroom.
I have references as well as verifiable income, and I need to move out of my current place by November 2021. If there is anyone who is willing to give a guy a chance to start over in life I would truly appreciate it very much.
