Hi my name is Ryan, I just got a new fully remote job and would like to move closer towards LA or OC to experience some what of the city life and to meet cool new people to live with!
I am a pretty clean and reserved person and would like my housemates to be the same, mostly just keeping common areas clean and dishes out of the way. Im also hoping for a non-party type of house so mostly working professionals that are laid back and social but not super loud.
