I’m looking for a large bedroom preferably ...

I'm looking for a large bedroom preferably with a private bath but not a must have and garage space would be nice. No preference on other roommates. I'm 40 years old and I'm a professional flooring installer. I'm an AZ native and absolutely love Arizona! and all my family is here. I'm a huge Suns and Cardinals fan and enjoy going out to watch the games. I grew up in the Show Low, Pinetop area so I love the outdoors, hiking, camping, kayaking and snowboarding! I don't smoke or do any drugs and am not a big partier, those days are behind me. Now I prefer to go out to the watch the game and have a drink or go out to eat/coffee or to watch a movie. when at home I enjoy just chilling, enjoying a glass of wine and playing my Xbox. The person I'm renting a room from now is moving out and I think the cost of rentals is too high and I'm not looking to throw my money away. I'm looking to pay off some debt, build my credit and save money so that when the housing market comes back down I can be in a good position to buy a house. I make good money, am responsible, hardworking, and dependable. I'm a pretty laid back and chill guy and easy to get along with. Also I am a very clean and neat person and believe in keeping a clean house and keeping things looking nice. I enjoy good conversation, meeting new people and trying new things and road trips.
