Hello! I'm a Broadway actor looking to sign a lease with 1 roommate for a future luxury apartment. I'm super clean, super polite, and usually cook all my own food. I'm usually around during the day and go to work in the evenings, so it would be cool to find someone who works typical business hours. I eventually want to get a small dog! I want to live in a really nice building so I'm thinking we'd each pay up to about $2500 per month for a 2-bed, 2 bath with in-unit laundry.
