Returning to NYC and need a Room!
Hey! I left NYC for the pandemic, and am looking to return now that I'm vaccinated. I'm not too concerned with the exact location, but am hoping for a reasonable commute (such as LIC/Astoria/Carroll Gardens/Ft Greene). Ideal budget is under $1,000/month, but I am willing to be a little flexible based on the apartment. I’d prefer a sublet with the option of joining the lease in the future.
A little about me: I’m a 26-year-old professional working in IT. I’m clean, quiet, and responsible. I’m very COVID conscious, and while I don’t have a problem with small gatherings or well-distanced restaurants, I’m avoiding any crowded spaces (bars, concerts, etc.) and am looking for similar.
I'm a big nerd, and love the violin, cooking, 3d art, and gaming, but I still love to get out and explore the city/grab a drink with friends.
If this seems like a good fit I’d love to jump on a video chat with you as a next step!
