Seeking bright room

I'm an actress in my late 20s who also sometimes caters, bartends, and does temp reception work. I work from home often, on my laptop or taping auditions, and take virtual classes occasionally, but will be out during the day a couple times a week if I'm on a shoot or pick up a side job gig.
I keep to myself in my own room for the most part, but I am friendly and open to conversation! In my spare time, I love to read, exercise, go for walks or to the park, and watch TV.
My bedroom will occasionally be disorganized or untidy, but I'm always clean and very respectful of tidying after myself in common areas and always communicate.
My biggest priority is a bedroom large enough to accommodate my lights/tripod for at-home auditions, or a roommate who is gone M-F 9-5 who won't mind having my set up in the living room. I also love being outdoors so a backyard, balcony, or rooftop access are huge.
